Come dressed in your best costume and ready to collect all your favorite treats from participating Scottsdale Quarter retailers. *Pre-registration is required to secure a treat bag. Please arrive by 3:30 p.m. If you have not signed in at the registration table by 3:30 p.m., your spot will be given to those on the waitlist on a first-come, first-serve basis.
