Small engine repair per job pay

I have numerous small mechanical repairs like fixing lawn mowers, dirt bikes, street bikes, out board engines, hydraulic hoses repair and replacement including taking off a hose and finding its available replacement and going to get it returning and installing and testing the equipment. I prefer someone who has transportation and hauling capability so I can also pay you to drive 100 miles to inspect equipment and video chat with me so I do not have to be there myself and you load and return with equipment and make needed repairs to get paid and we both profit. I would pay $20 an hour plus some gas money but looking for economy and profitability myself. You would also get paid to make repairs. There are deals to be capitalized on and I have capital if you have skills. I have a chipper shredder with good engine. I removed the spark plug and poured in some gas and it fired right up. I need it reliable. I need someone who can source a brand new cheap generic replacement go get it and make the swap. I will pay for parts. $100 if you can make it run to my satisfaction reliably repaired not rigged. $150 if you find cheap reliable substitute carb and install it. The pull start needs new spring changed as well $40 additional. Do not expect me to trust you with money for parts until we have done many deals or I will use someone else. I may be better off with a new predator motor swap out and need someone who has experience and knowledge of what is best motor that fits. I have a old brush mower with bad bicycle type wheels that need fixing. $50 It also needs pully replaced or straightened it is bent.$100 The carb needs to be replaced or cleaned or the entire engine swapped to predator. $100 I have a scissor lift with bad charger and batteries if you can make it run with your parts I will pay you $300 but it has to maintain a charge. The batteries in it are old four golf cart style batteries I believe. I need someone with powerful weed trimmer to trim lake weeds and brush and large and small trees out in island in pond. I have a canoe and jon boat you can use. I have a cordless sawzall to easily cut any tree big or small. Pay is fifteen dollars cash no check just signed receipt per hour. No pay for breaks of any type. I am looking for hard productive worker. I am paying you to work for a non profit organization trying to clean up a once beautiful pond. You would benefit owning waterproof boots. Someone to do general lawn work and plant propagation but you must be productive. I will not hire you again tomorrow if you do not produce today. I have a boarding house with repairs that need to be made. The first ones are removing stickers from walls and filling holes will mud and sanding smooth, washing dirty walls with towels and soap solution, cleaning floors, painting, and some tile repair but it is simple and can do that part myself if need be. You must be trust worthy but dont expect me to trust you with cash up front ever.
