Searching for the person that posted this picture with the title Modesto "rescue Cockatiel". I believe that this could be my lost Cockatiel. I was looking everywhere on Facebook, someone sent me this picture. By the time we figured out it was here on Craigslist, the post was taken down. Seeking information on how to find the person who has the rescue. I pray I'm not too late.
