Need small breed dog for ESA

I am needing a dog that I can make my emotional support animal. Must stay under 25lbs and already be potty trained/house trained. I prefer a dog older than 1yrs old. Must be good with kids and other animals although I don't have any animals living with me. Also prefer to be spayed or neutered already. Located in Fayetteville and I'm on disability so can't afford much so I'm looking for a dog that needs rehoming. Thank you.
