Drummer: A skilled musician who is often forced to the back in order to protect the fragile egos of other band members. Regarding the rhythm section, the bass player and I, most likely, will be completing each other's sentences, so to speak. A bass player with whom I had the pleasure of sharing the stage once told me he was 'in love with my right foot'. If you know some things about what the rhythm section should contribute, you'll understand. Nothing super fancy from me. Just solid pocket/groove drumming, with dynamics and syncopation as fundamentals. Back on the count of one, always. Looking forward to hearing from you.
