Handyman Help Needed in Sunnyvale

Looking for a handyman to help around the house (indoor and outdoor). Would like to establish a relationship with someone as jobs will keep coming up in our house. Pay is $25/hour or $30/hour if you have qualifications. Here's a set of current projects: I'm looking for a handyman to help with a number of projects: - Painting a wall (have all supplies) - Cleaning out a hot tub - Fixing non-draining sink (probably clogged u-pipe) - Installing a lutron light switch - Trimming some small trees (have a chainsaw) - Fixing toilet paper holders in our bathroom - Fixing the temperature & pressure controller in our shower - Removing some trash / tidying backyard - Burying some of our irrigation in the backyard - Testing for leaks Looking for someone who is available on weekend morning/afternoons or on weekdays from 6-9pm, or Monday/Fridays during the day.
