At 4:00 p.m. October 15th my neighbor's witnessed a black car with red pinstriping and a very large antenna on it newer model vehicle with a white female driver one white male wearing a bull's jacket and one black male inside the vehicle. The white male wearing the bulls jacket got out of the vehicle grabbed my cat, put it in their vehicle and took off!!! There is a $300 reward for the return of this cat and any information on the suspects is greatly appreciated I want these pukes charged Law enforcement has been contacted and we are working with other neighbors to obtain video surveillance. Our greatest concern right now is bringing our cat Oliver home and making sure that these suspects pay for what they did
