Need a vet to help remove debris from young duck's throat

Hello, there's a young duck on my land who has debris stuck in her throat. I'm asking the community for a volunteer to help me with the duck because I don't have the tools and know how. I live off Marysville Blvd and Elkhorn Blvd in western Rio Linda. Thanks for any help
