Please help find home female cat

Hello, my friend couldn't take care of her cat anymore and left her with us to take care of. But she doesn't get along with our two current cats. And me and my wife are expecting our first child in the next month. We live in a small one bedroom apartment and have to keep her in out bedroom. But with the baby coming soon we really need to find her a new home and need a little help. Her name is Jazzy. Shes about 2 years old and really sweet. She is not fixed. But she is a great cat and would be a great addition to someones family. Ive seen her around a dog and she was friendly but i dont think she likes other cats. Thank you. (Unfortunately not really able to travel right now and would need to meet near front royal)
