Altered male cat missing. He's not an outdoor cat, so he is not used to the outside or cold. Not sure how he could've or would've gotten out. But, we can't find him in the house. He's missing from 25th and Ave D in Council Bluffs. Please call or text 718-0521 with Omaha's main area code.
