What is mindfulness? It’s a word that has been thrown around a lot lately. If you’re curious about what mindfulness is and how it can benefit your life, join us for a three-session introductory course on living a mindful life.
In these three sessions, we will explore the concepts of mindfulness and learn how to cultivate an open awareness in all parts of your life. You will learn how to meditate in a way that works for you, how to accept your feelings and thoughts, and how to bring more spaciousness and joy to your life.
This class is designed for those who are brand new to mindfulness and meditation, though it can be accessed by practitioners of all levels. Spots are limited so that we can have a close cohort engaged in learning, discussions, and meditation.
Course One: Sunday afternoons, 4-5:30 pm PST
October 30, November 6, and November 13
Course Two: Thursday evenings, 7-8:30 pm PST
November 3, 10, and 17
