Most dance classes have you dress in a way that encorages society's definition of "professionalism"; and traditionally men leading women and excludes men dancing with men. This class gives everyone a chance to experience dance the way they want. You're free to dance in your own attire(no definotion of "professionalism") it gives men a chance to lead men or women to lead men in dancing or however you see fit. Learn the Fox Trot, Salsa, etc..
