Help kitten

So I have this kitten and I think she might have worms or something and I can't afford to take her to a vet so I need to find someone that is either going to take her to a vet and take care of her or take her to a shelter where she can get the help that she may need. She's free. I'll give you whatever I have for her. I just want this cat to get somewhere where it's going to get the treatment it might need. She's very loving and sweet and I really would like to see her go to someone that's going to actually keep her but if she does have to go to a shelter she's still tiny enough that I know she will be adopted right away. Once somebody has come for her I will take the ad down
