Like metal? Can't get enough fuzz? Sweet. Me too. We're never going to agree on a set of irrelevant musicological labels. But that's where it gets awesome. We take all those sounds in our heads and riff off each other thus playing original music. I'm into sounds produced by my respiratory tract and bass. I don't care what the lineup is. The whole point is that none of us ever really feel like we belong, that's that heart string that metal tugs on each and every one of us. The grandfather of doom, Ozzy wouldn't make it through auditions for any current doom band. Kerry King doesn't look like Slayer. Pantera was a hair metal band until the mohawk headed Phil Anselmo came along. Metal is organic, alloy is not. I see you Diné representing in town. Metal of no nation.
