We are looking to contract a general maintenance person. We have 140 apartments in intown Portland. We are happy to offer full time but it might be possible to schedule by the job to accomodate other obligations. We are flexible. This person must be able to take after hour emergency calls and live within a reasonable distance to Portland. English is not the first language for many of our tenants so being willing to use a translator is helpful. You must have basic tools and reliable transportation. We offer a competitive pay commensurate to experience.
