We are looking for a resident building manager to look after 50 units. We are offering rent credit on a studio apartment with parking. Duties to include keeping the hallways and grounds clean, assessing after hour trouble calls, monitoring the parking lot and keeping the stairs and walkways to the sidewalk snow/ice free.
