need to build a small deck 10 feet by 12 feet, no footings, supported by buildings on three sides and a center beam. 2x12 framing, flashed on 2 sides. lay Trex (screw face) and install vinyl railing on one side only. I am ready to go I have most of the materials on site. Please quote or email me to arrange to take a look at it. I have a second deck that is all PT about 10 x 16 which needs to have the PT deck boards stripped and then lay down new Trex deck boards. We can talk about the second deck after we finish the first. I am not looking to break the bank here.
