Sheetrock demo, install patch and paint

This gig begins Sunday 10/16 at 7 pm in Santa Clara. Licensed and insured contractor preferred, or just skilled tech with references and pictures a must, to show your sheetrock skills. Sheetrock finishing skills is a must, but ideally, you can also assist with the demo, also there might be a bit of framing to add backing in the necessary locations before the new sheetrock goes back up (18" on Center is required for proper backing and we are not sure where existing backing is). So there will some time delay until you can begin with your sheetrock patch and would prefer you to be able to assist with this demo and framing when necessary. Looking for most likely a 2 man crew that is FAST and efficient with patching sheetrock, without sacrificing quality. Since this a night gig, and we have limited time, we need to bring this wall back up to a smooth finish(no texture) ASAP, SAME NIGHT, and be DONE with sheetrock, so the following night we can paint etc. I'm thinking we need to set up Kerosene heaters in between coats of compound, utilize hot mud? We are removing this 'Hutch' structure in the attached picture, removing the slat walls (the horizontal lines) within the hutch, then patching the wall to end with a smooth finished wall to be painted the next day and some trim carpentry added. (We really only need you for this first night, but if you would like to came back the next night and assist with painting/carpentry trim, we can arrange that). We will be either: 1) Removing damaged sheetrock and replacing with new (most likely the easiest way to go, less patching) or 2) Patching existing if not too much damage from glued on slat panels for example.. (Depending on how well all this material comes off.) Hutch is 9' wide and 9'3" High. We will have a 2 man crew assisting with demo and install. We will have the trailer for haul away debris. We can supply the sheetrock if needed (Most likely will be 5/8", 4 sheets at the most) We need to keep sanding to a minimum to protect the clothing products in the store (We will cover with plastic). We can supply all materials if needed, we just need you to show up with your skills and your helpers skills and your hand tools. I prefer to pay by the hour since scope is not exactly clear yet until we see if framing is required etc. We need to discuss hourly rate when we talk on the phone And mostly just looking for a couple good hard workers that are easy to get along with, have a good time, and do good work.
