AHirePower is a full-service staffing agency providing temporary help to the many groups and organizations that have chosen Las Vegas as their convention location.
We need 15 people to join our temporary event team as we have 3 events taking place at one time! We need room monitors, registration staff and bag stuffing. The pay for these two events is up to $16.00/hr. Our ideal candidate already has experience working conventions and events however, we are open to candidates that think this would be something they could excel at.
What does it take to be a good event staffer?
1. A professional demeanor. Professional appearance. No visible tattoos or alternate piercings. Hair color must be a color that is typically found on humans.
2. A friendly, customer service attitude. We are looking for people that LIKE helping people. These convention attendees are visiting Las Vegas and we want to make sure they love their experience.
3. The ability to stand for at least 4 hours at a time. We do have some seated positions, however, we never know if a customer is going to move one of our employees into something different and you may need to stand to direct foot traffic.
In the next two weeks, we have events taking place at Mandalay Bay, LVCC, Venetian, and MGM.
