2 chickens need retirement home/flock

I have two rhode island reds (aprox. 8-10 years old). I'd like to re-home them to someone who currently has a flock, while they still have each other to make the transition a bit easier. We are not in a position to get more chickens so I'm trying to find them a great retirement home, where they won't be lonely.
