The FARM is home to FRESH FARM FILMS. If you're a designer, painter, printmaker, filmmaker, or you have a craft that you do, the FARM is a place where you can collaborate or work on your individual project(s). We have Free On-site/Nearby parking, Building-Security, Wi-fi, Access on FARM NIGHTS (posted to our Facebook page), and Lockers are available $8/month. We also have racks for projects and materials that we can share, and a large canvas-rack. The Monthly rate (to help pay the lease) is $22/month. I try to keep it cheap (less than the cost of a gym membership). I have multiple projects that I'm working on and will be needing actors and crew over the next couple years. I also have sound-recording equipment for anyone needing to do voiceover work. There is a rack of communal canvases that stay at the FARM, which we can all work on together. You can also bring your own. Paints are free (donations welcome). I do charge for some printmaking materials. My press is a 12x24 bed. I do have a copper-etching bath.
