Description

Let’s Play Ball! A few quick hits… The fastest growing youth sport is baseball with student-athletes at age 10 starting their specialized training. After Little League, it’s statewide and then national travel time. Club teams, training centers, practicing year round (as much as weather permits), and more private lessons, multiple leagues, coaching clinics, and so so much more. You don’t have to take my word for it, I am not selling anyone on this fact, as it’s not necessary. What IS necessary is more places to play—the batters need more batters boxes. I’m looking for someone who understands this all and recognizes how much more kids there are in relation to indoor workout establishments. I have a straightforward concept, a concise cost/profit business plan, and ballplayers waiting to become members of not just a new hitting cage/fielding facility, but a baseball super center. My target to have it all set is January 2023. I’ve placed this ad here in many ways before and most of the time there have been those looking to play different sorts of games and waste time. I am looking to first exchange a few e-mails over a normal business week to get acquainted set up a local meet-up... Second, speak in person and finalize things and third, have a final meeting, sign documents. A small loan is sought for my above venture. $50,000-$75,000, paid back over 2 years with agreed-upon interest. I have documentation from the past 6 months (April 2022-present) which shall serve to verify all personal earnings and accompanying banking activity. Dating back to 4.4.22, able to provide proof of: Full-time employment with bi-weekly A.D.P. direct deposits Bank of America checking account statements showing $5,000-$6,000+ on average in monthly deposits (Credit report is low–avg.) Thank you for reading, please serious inquiries only. Johnny Lodi, N.J.
