Dynamic, Loving Nanny Needed for 2 Sweet Boys

Hello future Nanny! Our family is looking for a sweet and loving woman to care for our two boys for a week on, week off schedule. During the “ON” weeks you would work a few hours in the morning to get them to school, then pick them up from school and bring them back home, if there is homework, work with them on that or tutoring on needed subjects. There is a possibility of packing their lunches, and preparing an afternoon snack, but no grocery shopping, no cleaning other than cleaning up after yourself. Lastly, when we travel out of town for work, further coverage would be needed, you would have 3-6 months notice for all travel plans. This coverage would include 24/7 care for 1-2 days at a time, with overnights. We have a guest room. Light cleaning would be needed in this scenario, but no laundry or grocery shopping. Just a little background about me and my husband, I worked in the domestic industry for over 15 years and understand the role a nanny should play and should not play, in this position, you will not be overworked or underpaid. I have managed many Nannies over the years and still maintain relationships with them based on our rapport.
