See below for information: 🌟Job Title: Shipping Clerk 💲Pay Rate: $19.00/hr Get Paid Weekly! 📍Job Location: Riverside, CA ⏰Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am – 4 pm ✔️Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities • Print, collate and distribute product orders & product labels to warehouse • Schedule outbound carrier pick ups • verify completed orders paperwork is accurately filled out by warehouse and update WMS • prepare bills of lading and maintain documentation of goods shipped • print shipment labels on UPS World ship system, Fedex, etc (high volume of labels) • check in delivery drivers to pick up shipments from the warehouse • track and trace outgoing shipments for customers • liaise with operations and logistics to ensure shipments are completed as scheduled • notify warehouse on any schedule or order changes • enter daily shipment activity information into an Excel spreadsheet of all inbound and outbound logs • maintain and update inventory records • respond to customer requests and concerns via email • maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition • comply with all safety regulations • adhere to standard operating procedures ✔️Education, Qualifications and Experience • High School Diploma • Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel and Email • working knowledge of relevant electronic equipment (scanners, copiers) • experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) • adhere to shipping and inventory operating procedures ✔️Key Skills and Competencies • numeracy skills • strong communication skills • integrity • problem-solving skills • attention to detail and accuracy • organizational and planning skills • sense of urgency • effective teamwork & customer service skills 🌟Requirements MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR POSITION **************************************************************** OS4Labor 14189 E Foothill Blvd #103, Fontana, CA 92335 📞Call Now!
