Very friendly, happy cocktail hatched this year and wearing an American Cockatiel Society leg band. Not sure if male or female, but needs a home with fewer pets so he/she can get more attention. Loves to whistle and chirp, fly around the room and perch on a shoulder. Asking a re-home fee of $150. Food and toys included.
