Replace window casing, water proof outdoor window with new silicon, demo small bathroom and laundry floor, install shower pan, replace water softener, change drain under kitchen for plumbing work, need to replace existing water softener, put shut-off valve and likely replace existing copper pipe with new pex pipe. I could also change the kitchen drain visible in the basement. let me know your rate but please you need to really get the plumbing side and be very handy if you're a plumber for only the plumbing work, let me know your rate
