Description
· Monitor stock levels and maintain appropriate levels for all selling channels/distributors.
· Receive, confirm, prepare and ship orders to customers following preparation and labeling guidelines as required. eBay, help out with Amazon and Walmart
· Keep up inventory and send the list to supervisor and others in shipping and e-Commerce.
· Labeling and repackaging products to be ready for distribution, (eBay, Amazon &Walmart)
· Manage existing and new distributor’s accounts.
· Driving and the use of Forklift in the warehouse.
· Pursuing new customers and accounts by sending out bulk mailers for product and advertising.
· Assisting management and others in implementing new processes and procedures for e-Commerce fulfillment and all other channels
· Ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed including the proper clothing and shoes.
· Invoice and document shipments. Keeping the front store in check with inventory.
· Checking stock as it comes in by pallet or regular shipment.
· Help assist in postings and upkeep of all e-Commerce accounts.
· Work with the front office on current charges on shipping and make any adjustments necessary for the up keep of your e-Commerce accounts.
· Maintain warehouse cleanliness by keeping it organized.
· Assist in answering office phone if office personnel is not available.
