Building Services Contractor seeks a Company Supervisor with Handyman Experience to join our management team. We are a growing company with a fast paced and dynamic environment. Excellent growth and advancement opportunities for the right and motivated candidate. Our company provides Janitorial, Handyman and other services to commercial clients. We seek a Supervisor who can supervise company employees and functions, perform general handyman work and supervisor for the company's management team. Ideal Candidates Must be: 26 years of age or older and legally able to work in the US, organized, detailed and quality driven. Bilingual in English AND Spanish is a MUST. MUST have valid driver's license and clean driving and background record. Responsibilities include: >Supervising Janitorial services and handling Handyman Service Calls. >Respond to client locations to assess and resolve maintenance issues. >Respond to client locations to ensure services are being delivered, inspect and train employees. >Ensure client locations and employees have needed supplies. >Responding to calls for service or emergencies when needed. >Ability to be On-Call in case of emergencies. >Schedule is Mon-Fri. One Saturday a month. Two days 9AM to 6PM and 3 days 2PM-11PM. Must have flexibility for some weekend/afterhours work needs and OT. >Our operations span South and Central Florida, occasional travel to Naples, Tampa, or Orlando may be needed. >Opportunities for extra income through discretionary Performance Bonuses and projects. Candidates must: >Be 26 or over and able to legally work in the US. >Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. >Be able to pass a background and drug screen. >Be able to use basic e-mail. >Have provable Handyman/Maintenance and Repair Technician experience.
