A condominium located in Boca Raton has an open position for a gardener. Experience in gardening and landscape is a must. Spanish speaking is a plus but not required. Job description as follows: • Rake leaves and other vegetation from lawns and flower beds. • Remove trash and other debris from outdoor areas. • Apply mulch, fertilizer, herbicides, and pesticides. • Install and replace sod, plant shrubs, flowers, etc. • Regular maintenance of the irrigation system, repair broken lines, etc. • Safely operate backpack blower for common areas, sidewalks, roadways, etc. • Work with other maintenance crew and construction specialists as needed. • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, climb ladders, push, or pull heavy items, and lift/carry supplies or machinery on a regular basis. • Other duties as assigned.
