POWDER PUFF FOOTBALL RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. Players must attend 2 out of 3 practices in order to play in the game.
2. Practices will be from 2:30 – 4:30p on: 10/10, 10/17, 10/24. Meet at the grass fields!
3. Excessively rough play will result in ejection.
4. Playing time must be equitable for all players on each team.
5. Play will consist of two 20 minute halves and the last two minutes of each half will be football clock.
6. Each team will receive 3 time outs.
7. A first down is achieved each time the offensive team gains ten yards or more from the line of scrimmage.
STUDENT COACHES: Juniors and Seniors from the Football team will coach the 4 teams. Coaches must attend 2 out of 3 practices to be on the field during the game.
