Learn a new way to give and receive the touch you crave! So many people are not getting what they want because they don’t understand their role when they ask. We’ll take a deep dive into how to embody this role of asker, then actually put it into practice! We’ll start by embodying our consent, that means embodying what our yes, no, and maybe actually feel like in our bodies. We’ll work on our confidence to say yes and no, then we will go into experimenting with it. This is a safe space to explore, as I’ll be there coaching the whole time. This class is not just for beginners! Learning this technique myself absolutely leveled my game up! Are you ready to become a master at getting what you want?
