We are looking for a landscaping company that can take over upkeep for our campus in south Graham, WA. We have a roughly 1 acre campus that needs better maintenance than what we have now. Tasks would include: - 3,000 sq ft of lawn mowed, weed treated periodically, fertilized, etc. - 2,000 sq ft of beds needing weeding, plant trimming, etc. - Driveway and parking lot which could use weed spraying. - Gravel playground that needs weed spraying (Will initially require some of the grass that has grown up in the playground removed). We need some more significant upfront work followed by ongoing maintenance.
