Women who have risen to leadership roles and broken through the glass ceiling are few, but many persevered and became trailblazers in their field. For those who do step up to leadership, the rewards can be great. Leading others involves taking risks. During this program, Regina will share traits necessary for effective leaders. Workshop # 2: "Marketing to Boost Your Business" with Faith Ann Butcher, Chief Impact Officer at United Way of Westchester and Putnam. - As a business owner, it is important to search for new marketing perspectives and strategies.
