A night of feminine energy where we will eat, chat, make friends & create!
Please bring a Halloween theamed pot luck style food, or treat to share with the group if able.
What the night looks like:
6-7 pm
- Introductions & setting intentions
- Movement and grounding
- Sound bath & meditation with Nick Mann
7-8pm
- Feast & gather together to connect, listen and share if feel called to do so.
- Create personalized bath tea to take home.
Extras you may choose to bring along for meditation:
Pillow, blanket, eye pillow, journal + pen & water.
This event is open and to all female-identifying individuals. Please RSVP to ensure we have enough supplies for all!
This is a free event, however monetary donations for supplies and sound bath would be greatly appreciated.
