Sanding Sailboat Hull $15-20/hr

Hello, I am wanting assistance to sand the hull of my sailboat. I am willing to pay up to $20/hr for someone who has a solid/professional work ethic (meaning your not a hack, you have integrity and you care enough to do the job right). There is the possibility of more work if things seem good. I am expecting this job to average 10 hours but we can assess as we go. I will need you to be able to carry on and out this work by yourself for part of the job. I am not a slave driver (aka dick) and will pay for the standard 15min. break twice in an 8hr work day and a 1/2 hr for lunch. Your pay is in cash at the end of each job rounded up to the next hour.
