We are currently seeking a Field Supervisor / Installation Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling and implementation of multiple fence, deck and operated gate projects through out the Baltimore Metro area. Key Responsibilities: -Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation. -Allocate resources for assigned projects with the purchasing agent. -Manage daily rollout and return of workforce to insure preparedness. -Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors daily. -Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients. -Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
