Job details Starting Salary - $60,000 a year Job Type - Full-time Full Job Description - Successfully and safely lead crews on projects. - Organize materials, equipment, and labor to achieve project goals - Update prints - Communicate job status with the customer and upper management - Ensure safety practices are withheld by both in house crews and subcontractors - Conduct weekly meetings, field inspections, create and manage coaching/training logs - Reports, coordinates, and supervises all aspects of project Requirements & Qualifications: - Previous aerial utility construction experience is required - Ability to interpret construction drawings and create as-build prints - Must have general computer skills - Valid Driver License required, CDL preferred Benefits: • 401(k) with matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance • Life Insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • Monday to Friday Work Location: • One location – Office is located in Baltimore County Please reply to this ad with your Resume.
