JOIN US at Robber's Cave in Lincoln for an evening of heavy hors d'oeuvres, tours of Robber's Cave, and mingling with fellow Thrivent clients, courtesy of the Thrivent Member Network - Nebraska Region.Participate in our Care Packs for Kids collection benefiting children in foster care. Families are encouraged to attend. (PLEASE NOTE: While dining in the main hall is ADA accessible, STAIRS are the only means of access into and throughout the cave.) 5:30pm - Cocktail hour w/Heavy Hors D'oeuvres.6:30-7:50pm Cave tours occur every 20min with a max of 20people per tour. First come first served.Care Packs for Kids assembly will occur throughout the evening until supplies last.As of June 1, 2022, there were 4,186 kids in Nebraska’s foster care system. To help meet their needs, the Thrivent Member Network–Nebraska Region is hosting a Care Packs for Kids collection drive during the month of October.HOW YOU CAN HELP - Simply drop off new items at participating Thrivent offices during the month of October. OR JOIN US at the Robber's Cave event. If you are a Thrivent client with membership, consider leading a Thrivent Action Team to collect supplies (see list below). Gather a team - 2 or more people - and use the $250 Community Action Card to supplement your collection. For every care pack completed at a participating Thrivent collection site, the Thrivent Member Network–Nebraska Region will provide a generosity multiplier by donating $20 to that site's highlighted foster care service organization.
