Souls of the City returns to Old Sacramento for Dia De Los Muertos for the first time since 2019 on October 22nd once again partnering with Maquilli Tonatiuh and the Sacramento Lowrider Commission. Sol Collective and The Sacramento History Museum re-welcome the city’s biggest Day of the Dead festival on the Old Sacramento Waterfront with traditional art, altars, sugar skulls, and lowriders.
