Local construction company looking for the following: Construction laborers: Must have own set of contractors (nail) bags, hammer & tape measure. Must be able to lift 50#'s plus on a repeated basis. Must be ready to work in a fast paced environment. Must be willing to work in all weather conditions, hot or cold. Must be willing to learn if you have limited to no experience Must want to work in a team environment. MUST have a valid driver's license. Have reliable transportation. BE PROMPT. Construction foreman/lead: Must have all of the requirements of the above construction laborer Must have 2-3 years of verifiable residential construction experience with verifiable experience as a foreman/crew leader. Must have the ability to interpret and work from a set of blue prints. Have strong organization skills Effective communication skills Be able to think outside of the box.
