ZEN's therapeutic salt room is constructed from natural Himalayan salt, featuring lighted Himalayan Salt panels on the walls and Himalayan Salt covering the floor. Halotherapy (Dry Salt Therapy) can support the immune, nervous and lymphatic systems. Remove yourself from environmental pollution, technology, and the constant commotion of everyday life. Walk into the salt room and restore, relax, and renew! ZEN Relaxing Wellness Center has a variety of services to reset and recharge your entire body. Feel free to take a tour of ZEN's facility before or after the event to learn about the other services available to help you reach your wellness goals. Lyndee brings 30 years of experience, experimentation and creativity to her yoga teaching. She is an E-RYT 500 and a YACEP with Yoga Alliance, with certifications and extensive study in Anusara and Iyengar yoga. Her keen interest in the therapeutic and healing power of yoga has provided her with deep knowledge of the physical structure and alignment of the body. Lyndee’s teaching style is a combination of skill, candor, insight, and raw challenge for the purpose of longevity, injury prevention and injury recovery. Her passion is teaching people of all ages and ability levels how to be properly aligned, flexible and strong in support of their unique physical lives. Please arrive at 4:15 PM.
