While allowing you to surrender and create space for spiritual guidance to come through. Through guided breathwork, you will allow the body to release what may be held within your cells-conscious or unconscious. To integrate what is unveiled and released through the breathwork, you will then embark on a sound bath journey to allow space for your thoughts and feelings to arise as we create a sacred, supported space for all to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.
