Seeking place to store van for winter.

Hi... I am in Bay Area right now visiting, however, will return to Humboldt soon. I am looking for a space, pref. in nature, or in country, to store van for winter. Black Toyota Sienna van. Will be on NonOperational status with D.M.V. It must be stored on private land/property, or it can be towed away. It is drivable, so no need to worry about van being abandoned there. It starts, and runs well. Some cosmetic damage/front. It can be temporarily used if needed, as storage, or for dwelling/sleeping in. (If so, pls. no smoking.) Thanks for considering...
