Have small bathroom project. condo is in Sole complex bld 533 Ne 3 Ave Fort lauderdale on 1 floor. Marble tiles are in the condo ready to be install. Bellow is a description of the job please name me the price 1.You have to pull the permit from the city as Soleoffice requier permit for that job 2.You have to be licence and inshured as Sole office require this. Bathroom is small (around 50 sq.ft) -install new bath tub (old one is already removed as you see on the pict) -install new tiles on the walls around the tub and floor (my idea is not to do any demo as this will cost more and old tiles perfectly lay on the wall so you can use primer on the old tiles and put new marble tiles 24x24 which are in the condo on existing tiles. -if necessery install shower head extention as well as tub faucet extention and install new faucet and new shower head -put the groud -move out old vanity, take off marble top and backsplash,install new vanity and existing marble top move to the new vanity on top plus backsplash -making frame around the mirror to cover mirrors inperfections (wood quarter and paint white) -calking -instal new light above the mirror Please give me the price for labre only as i will pay you back for materials. I am the property menager looking to cooperate with a handyman with resonable prices to make remodeling in many units so if your prices are resonable and you have expirance this is the job for you.
