Looking for musicians alternative/indie original band

Looking to form an original band. 4-5 piece. Need bass, drums, guitars, keys. Harmony based band so most members gotta sing too. I play guitar/keys /sing/write and record (mostly) all the material. Influences include The Shins, Radiohead, Stephen Malkmus, Turin Brakes, The Beatles, Tom Petty I guess 90s indie, meets Americana. Original band so probably not much in the way of financial gain, but will be musically satisfying, fun and have some really hip gigs lined up around the area, just need the players. 30s to 50s age is good.
