I am a Deck Builder. I am looking to hire a fully tooled and highly experience Deck crew. This deck is ready. There is a Building Permit. We have plans and everything is approved by Douglas County Building Dept. I will supply all Material. We have 36' long ( Against the house) And 10' out from the house. Square box. The old deck has been demo. Siding is Lp. Deck is 9' high from the ground. 3 holes 36" in depth by 12 " diameter. 8x8 posts, 8x12 beam. Beams are 18' in length. 2x8 joists 12" on center. Decking is Trex with hidden fasterners. Fortress metal railing. Ready to start tomorrow. Looking for a good crew to do this project. All material is on the jobsite. Email me back your name.
