Seeking construction of two roofs over exterior stairwells

1153 Dayton Stairwell Scope of Work I am looking to hire someone to construct a roof above two exterior stairwells, to prevent rain and snow from going in them. These stairwells each have a French drain that doesn’t drain well, and in times of heavy rainfall/snow it backs up and pools water in them, creating a problem for the tenants. I would like for these two constructed roofs to be attached to the brick wall, sturdy and looks like a normal roof. These roofs would each be the same dimensions: • 48” long (adjacent to the wall), covering distance from top step to bottom step • 57” wide (away from the wall), covering the width of the steps and retaining wall If you could submit a bid for what this would cost in terms of labor and materials, that would be greatly appreciated!
