Igor is a male cockatiel mostly gray with yellow head. He has a black foot band #389. He has been missing since Sunday Oct 9. Last seen flying off E Catalina Hwy north of Madera Village. I have posted flyers, contacted local vets, and posted on other lost/found sites. Please contact with any information!
