We’re really struggling with the labor shortage. Seeking a nice person to help care for an easygoing autistic adult. Good pay + overtime and live in situation possible (rent would be included as part of compensation, which helps).
It’s a pleasant job and you’re caring for someone who will appreciate the help and be good company. You should be reasonable and kind, and able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check.
The supportive living company is based outside of Atascadero and can’t help find staff so it’s really been hard.
