Apt Maintenance/Porter Needed

We are hiring an experienced, self-motivated Maintenance Technician to service and repair facilities at The Lincoln Hotel. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently and finding solutions to technical problems. The Maintenance Technician will also log all maintenance activities and keep records of inspections and repairs for future reference. Some Responsibilities: Turn and Service Vacant SRO Apartments. Remove and replace light fixtures, motors, and switches. Repair and troubleshoot machinery and electrical systems. Knowledge of Basic electrical, plumbing, painting is a PLUS. Clean Building Interior / Exterior on a regular basis. Clean and service plumbing systems. aka showers, toilets, kitchen, laundry. Repair any damages to walls, ceilings, flooring, and windows. Navigate Stairs to get the job done (4 storey building Walk-up) Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday, Wednesday & Friday COVID-19 considerations: Wear Gloves at All Times when working Wash Your Hands Often Follow Company Protocol.
